About

I'm a detail-oriented senior cloud engineer with 15+ years of hands-on technical and leadership experience. At Degreed, I've run the Azure infrastructure behind degreed.com since 2018, helping scale it from startup to global enterprise — multi-region architecture, Kubernetes microservices, Terraform IaC, and the security and compliance posture to match.

Before that I architected Azure, hybrid, and private cloud environments for a managed cloud provider, and spent eight years at Xerox leading IT operations for 18,000+ users across 35 sites. I'm a strong communicator who translates complex systems into clear solutions, and I wrote a book about the thing I care most about right now: putting agentic AI to work in real DevOps practice.
