Cosmic Merge is developed by Smidley. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data the app collects and how it is used.
Cosmic Merge does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. The app does not use analytics, tracking, or advertising frameworks of any kind.
If you choose to sign in to Game Center, your scores and achievement progress are shared with Apple's Game Center service. This is managed entirely by Apple and is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy. Cosmic Merge does not access your Game Center profile information beyond what is needed to submit scores and achievements.
Game settings (sound, music, and haptic preferences) and your high score are stored locally on your device using standard system storage. This data never leaves your device.
The app uses your device's accelerometer (CoreMotion) to adjust the lighting on celestial objects based on tilt. This sensor data is processed locally in real time and is never recorded or transmitted.
Cosmic Merge does not integrate any third-party SDKs, analytics, ad networks, or external services beyond Apple's Game Center.
Cosmic Merge does not collect any data from any user, including children. The app contains no advertising, no in-app purchases, and no external links within gameplay.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
